Enjoy the most beautiful day of your life in the Butterfly House
The marriage ceremony takes place in the Butterfly House, in the actual flight area. In the fantastic Art Nouvaeu greenhouse, one of the most beautiful in the world, you are surrounded by exotic plants, romantic waterfalls and our delicate, amazing butterflies.
The Butterfly House offers space for around 60 wedding guests and we are happy to help you organize not just the wedding ceremony, but also the reception. In front of the Butterfly House, or in the foyer you can offer drinks and canapés. Further more the Butterfly House and the beautiful Burggarten offer the most romantic and historical backdrop possible, for your wedding and wedding photographs!
It is possible to get married in the Butterfly House all year round. The Butterfly House is at your disposal as soon as the attraction is closed to the general public. During April-October this means from 17.30 and November-March from 16.30.
Our basic Wedding Package includes:
Charge for the basic package : €2160,- (VAT included)
Time needed, including erecting and clearing away, is estimated to two hours. Any extra time is charged with €200,- (VAT included) per hour commenced. Apart from the basic package, we are happy to organize customized service packages, with additional services like catering, readings, music etc.
We have put together a schedule for you with all the conditions and this also serves as a contract pad. We are already looking forward to being instrumental in making this day an unforgettable experience for you!

Important Notes
In the Butterfly House the atmosphere is tropical with a temperature of around 26 degrees and 80% humidity. During the wedding ceremony we lower the humidity and offer you an enjoyable climate.
Please note that eating and drinking is only allowed in the foyer, the film room and in the Burggarten, not inside the Butterfly exhibition. Smoking is prohibited in the whole building.
